Our talented Teens are our most diverse and experienced group, some of our wonderful teenagers have been on the books with us for years. They know the industry and are ready to take on bigger and better projects to challenge and build their skills.
We provide our talent with online resources such as our blogs, and also offer complimentary workshops, which focus on audition processes and techniques. So, our clients can rest assured that our newest talent has a range of knowledge and skills needed to work confidently and professionally on your campaign.
We actively source new talent on a regular basis in order to keep a healthy and varied pool of diverse talent and our talent includes Teenagers from a wide range of cultural backgrounds and of different ages, sizes, skills and abilities.
Frequently Asked Questions
Our teenagers are between the ages of 11 – 16 years. If the child is less than 11, they fall into our Juniors category and if they are older than 16 years, please see the below FAQ on what to do once you are over 16.
Once you are over the age of 16, unfortunately children’s agencies can no longer represent you. This means that you will now be classified as an adult within the industry and you will need to start the process of trying to get accepted by an adult agency.
The Bettina Management head office is located in Melbourne. We also have offices located in Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Perth. We have talent in every location that we have an office in.
Parents who are considering getting their kid(s) involved in the exciting world of entertainment can call us to book in for an industry information session. Alternatively, you can complete our ONLINE APPLICATION FORM.
We hold individual sessions with everyone who applies, in order to interact with children and establish their ease of engagement and unique skills.

Hanna
Meet Hanna.
Hanna’s dad Cameron knows the importance of agency representation in the modelling industry.
“We decided to join Hanna up to the agency because, as parents, we had no experience in the modelling industry, and we wanted to gain some guidance from experienced people,” he says.
Hanna has loved making new friends and learning to walk on a runway.
“My favourite job so far has been the Cotton On Free shoots, because I’ve met a lot of girls there and they’re really friendly, and I just have a really good time with them,” Hanna says.
“You can’t measure the amount of confidence she’s gained from being the centre of attention,” Cameron says of his daughter.

Achok Majak
Meet Achok Majak.
Signed with us at Bettina Management in 2015, Achok has starred in several campaigns including Westfield’s ‘Own Your Story’ campaign alongside actress and model Yaya Deng.
Mum Nyanak Yoa says that Achok has wanted to model since she was young, and that her young daughter is full of surprises.
“I thought she was a shy girl, but it turns out she wasn’t shy at all on the set. That was the best part, seeing a part of her that I haven’t seen in her at home.”

Tilly
Meet Tilly.
Tilly’s mum Liz signed her daughter with us at Bettina Management following comments from friends and family about how Tilly’s looks and charisma could land her modelling jobs.
Liz explains that Tilly’s little brother has autism, and so has “spent years going around paediatricians and therapists, and her confidence had dropped… We were just looking for something to boost her confidence.”
Tilly has since gone on to star in commercials for the likes of Bulla Dairy, saying upon hearing the news of booking the job over speakerphone, “I cried, because I was very, very excited!”
